Comfortable room with a bathtub. the bed was spotless and we appreciated having an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV - such a nice touch! 🛁.

The location was peaceful - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Besides, it was just a short walk away from downtown, that worked for us.

Everything was great, efficient staff, marvellous location really close to the Centre of Skegness, Skegness beach, and the main sea front. We had a big and cosy room with very clean bed and a kettle, central heating, and TV. Loved it and would love to go back.
